We accept returns in the following situations:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged item
• Misprinted item
• Wrong size chosen
  
  

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Items that you have worn, washed, or altered
• Custom or limited items (unless damaged)
  
  

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With any included stickers or extras
  
  

Customers are responsible for return shipping

To start a return:

1. Email us at basedoverworld@gmail.com with a description of the problem, including photos.
   
   
2. We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
   
   
3. If approved, you will be emailed return instructions.

After receiving and approving your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Processing time 

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing time: 3–10 business days.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Shipping costs
• Orders that violated the return rules
• Items lost due to customer providing an incorrect address
  
  

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
